BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR LA PETITE VENISE VERTE

1. DEPOSIT
Your completed Booking Form, duly signed, including the names of all members of your party, must be accompanied by a deposit of £100 for one week or £200 for two weeks per property. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs. P. Tyrrell. No more than 5 people, including children and guests can occupy or stay at La Lavande or Le Tournesol or 3 people, including children and guests occupy or stay at Les Conches or Le Chevreuil.

2. FINAL PAYMENT
This is due 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday together with a breakage deposit of £125 per property. Bookings made within this period must be accompanied by payment in full.

3. CANCELLATION
If you are compelled to cancel your booking please telephone us first of all. Then your cancellation must be confirmed in writing. If we are successful in re-letting the property then a sum will be deducted from the refund to take into account the advertising costs and other expenses together with a 10% fee for inconvenience. If we are unsuccessful in re-letting the property then the whole of the rental is payable. We strongly advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance as soon as possible.

4. ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE
Arrival should be after 4pm and before 8pm. If you are arriving on the following day, then please advise us. Otherwise you may not be able to obtain possession of the property. Departure should be by 10am on the last day of the booking.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You, the holiday tenant, agree to (a) only occupy the property, garden and pool with those persons listed on the Booking Form; (b) to leave the property in good order, completely clean and tidy and undertake to inform us of any changes or damage to the pool, property or contents during your occupation and to pay for any missing articles, damage caused or cleaning required.

6. COMPLAINTS
If you have any difficulties or complaints during your stay then these must be notified to us immediately so that they may be put right and if requested such complaints must then be put in writing. No complaints will be valid after the letting period has finished.

7. EXCLUSIONS
We, Harry and Patricia Tyrrell, shall not be liable for: (a) any loss, expenses or inconvenience due to the failure in the supply of the services including plumbing or machinery, nor for the breakdown of the swimming pool or the unavoidable absence of staff (N.B. the pool will be open during the main summer season) b) civil commotion, strikes, disputes, fire, acts of God, war, closures of ports or airports, epidemics, weather conditions or government actions (c) injuries howsoever caused or any other losses (d) water related accidents whether in the pool, the waterways or river.

8. OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We shall do all we can to make sure that your holiday is a success.

9. UNDER no circumstances shall the owners' liability exceed the amount paid for the rental period.

10. YOU are not permitted to assign this contract under any circumstances.
